Both are excellent nail technicians and did fantastic work on my nails. I am really happy with how my nails came out.I want to talk about the salon a bit – they did a full remodel of the space there – floor, walls, chairs and stations. It looks fabulous and is really a wonderful place to go to now.I highly recommend this nail salon. My next thing will be to get a pedicure there this month so hoping to do that. Today was my first time back to Elmwood Nails since the remodel and name change to Vibrant Nails and Lashes. Let me tell you, the wait to reopen was well worth it! Chloe and her husband did a fantastic job making the space bright, clean, sleek, and special. They have purchased all new equipment (I.e. chairs tables, wallpaper, I mean literally everything is new. Starting this off I don’t have a problem with the service they provide, they have done very well nail work for my girlfriend and I in the past months. However today they have lost 2 loyal customers forever. I came in today after my girlfriend got her nails done to ask questions on how the pricing works I walked in to talk Chloe and she was extremely disrespectful and disregarded my question and started pointing at her co-worker Kevin. I patiently waited and said you guys can take your time and come talk to me I just want to ask simple questions about how the pricing works but nothing was clear at all and Chloe really shocked me with the attitude she gave. Never returning here again. Another customer before I walked in was also talking to her on how they are taking advantage of customers he was kindly trying to ask break down of how he was charged they did not give him a breakdown. No professionalism at all. Very bad day for Vibrant Nails!

Beautiful spot. Great prices. Very nice staff . My daughter and I went for gel mani and pedi. My daughter was a little disappointed in her color and style on her nails due to mis communication I think. And see pic attached. I asked for cat eye and that didn’t quite come out but the process was facinnating and the slashes we’re consistent. You ask why 5 stars then? The massages. They don’t skimp on the massage. We will make this our regular spot and know to be more clear with details.
