Joslin is talented and professional. She was very gentle the entire time. She does one eye first to see if you like it before she moves onto the other eye. She has been doing lashes for over 6 years and it is clear in the outcome of my lashes.

The worst experience ever!!! While Lia was doing my lashes, she told the person who she trained that “it doesn’t matter if the quality of extensions are bad. Customers only care about the result at the moment they see. If you design a good shape for them, they won’t complain about anything”. I was shocked when I heard this, but I thought she was joking. However after one week, almost all of my left lashes fell. It’s under a condition that I took an extremely care of them (I didn’t wash my eyes in the first 48 hours, and brushed my lashes every morning and night. Also, I only put eyeshadows twice after the visit) I felt super disappointed that I spent almost $200 for something that even couldn’t last for a week. Literally your irresponsibility is ruining your reputations:)

Love my new eyelashes!! First time getting my lashes done here and Joslin did such an amazing job✨ She was super considerate, nice and customized my lashes for me based on my eye-shape, lifestyle and needs. My lashes look natural but also photo-ready without wasting time on putting on mascara anymore. So happy with the result and will definitely come back again soon!

This is my second time getting lashes done here. I got a classic anime set last time with Rachel and I loved it but wanted to do something with a little more volume this time. After the appointment, my eyes were a little tired so I didn’t see the specifics but when I came home I realized that the lashes on my eyes were uneven. One side is way fuller than the other which I find very annoying and weird. I know that this is specific but when you pay $170 and then tip on top of that, you’re allowed to be a little picky. I’m just overall disappointed and would’ve liked for my lashes to at least be symmetrical. I also noticed some lashes fall out less than one hour after the appointment so that definitely added to my negative results.

Edit: I highly suggest looking at the reviews for this business on Yelp. Others ran into the same issues as me. I didn’t even think to check their reviews over there. Ugh. They’re also now saying they noticed something wrong with the glue but still used it which could be true but why wasn’t this mentioned when I told them my lashes were falling out?

The best lashes design in NYC. I was a fan of then since my friend recommend me this site almost a year ago. I had my lashes done at least 4 times already. Each time with perfect and ideal lashes. Their lashes material is also impressive, it is sooooo soft. When you finish your session, they will also give you an eyelash brush as a gift. Where can you find another place like this one? I like natural looks, so the photo I upload is the last time I did my lases in Wink Bar. Girl, you gotta try it!
