Critical: Professionalism, QualityToday was my second time going here. I WILL NOT be going back!!!!! I should have waited on Skylar but she was not there. One tech started but got upset because of another customer’s criticism, walked out, and refused to work for the rest of the day. They were all rude and in a hurry except Nikki(receptionist) The tech that polished my nails did a really sloppy job after being there almost 3 hours & told me she was rushing because she was hungry. One tech started but got upset because of another customer’s criticism, walked out, and refused to work for the rest of the day. My husband and I received excellent service today we were beyond pleased with the service as well as our overall experience . We would like to give a huge thank you to everyone that was there today and would like to say keep up the awesome work!!! I almost didn’t go because of the terrible reviews but I am so glad we did.I messed the polish on my toes up and the young man that did my hands fixed it without question or attitude. I felt so bad because the lady did such a beautiful job.Thanks again!! P.S. to anyone that may be discouraged to go because of the reviews I say give them a chance sometimes bad reviews are left in the heat of emotions

If I could get zero Stars I would. Ive been a customer for over 3 years and the customer service used to be great. Now they have this older woman doing your nails and she tries to get over on you on manicures. Her skill set is very horrible and she half do her job. I will no longer be a customer at this establishment I will be finding me somewhere else to go. I see why they had no customers yesterday.

My first time visiting and it was on a Sunday. My daughter recommended Rose. I’m very satisfied. She went all the way to my cuticle with the acrylic and all the way to the edges with the polish. When she filed them down she was very easy and not rough. Sometimes the go so fast that it digs into your skin and cuts you. I will definitely be back. Thanks Kenya for recommending this place and Rose.
