Loved it here! Before going here, I had a hard time finding a nail salon that could make my nails look natural instead of the usual thick and fake acrylic look I often came out with. Scott did my nails. I asked for nail extensions using a hard gel overlay. He shaped my nails in an almond shape and made them so thin and natural! The color is one coat OPI Bubble Bath and one coat Funny Bunny. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have been here multiple times, but BE CAREFUL when the people working are not in a good mood. Because the quality of their work is severely dependent on it. I went in to get acrylics put on, and the place was not busy. There were two people working and 3 people in the salon. He rushed to take off my previous gel manicure with the electric file and burned me several times. I kept flinching and exclaiming in pain but he didn’t ease up. He poorly shaped every single one of the nails. They all look lopsided. And when he went in to shape them up again with the regular file, he filed so hard that he sliced the sides of multiple fingers and made me bleed. I have been here multiple times, but BE CAREFUL when the people working are not in a good mood. Because the quality of their work is severely dependent on it. I went in to get acrylics put on, and the place was not busy. There were two people working and 3 people in the salon. Love this place. In Scottsdale there is a nail salon on every corner. Just because this is tucked away, don’t forget about it. Scott, Vicky and V have created a lovely,clean and relaxing spa. Hands down the best pedicure I have had in years. Will be back soon. Now my favorite nail place! Pedicure

New customer: went for first time. Booked online for 2 pedicures (me and my husband) and had no issues. Not the fanciest salons in town but had great customer service. They were clear on asking exactly what i wanted. I got gel and my husband got regular with sugar/salt scrub. I havent had my nails shaped so well in so long and in fact my pinky toe was chipped unevenly however they were able to make it appear/shaped as normal. I know nail salons are difficult to pick and reviews vary dramatically. For now i deff recc this place!

I walked in to get my nails done before our Thanksgiving feast. Vy was really good at being easy with my ingrown nail and she didn’t try to push my cuticles down past my hyponychium…I truly appreciated that.

Made an appt a day before for 5 people for mani pedi. Apparently lied to on price. 67% increase when we came in next day by another technician.. Would not honor what the man said yesterday. He spoke well enough English. Unlike the others. So he doesn’t have an excuse of language barrier. Same man came in minutes later. Would not honor the words he said. Not here to be scammed for my hard earned money trying to treat my mom and her older sisters. We left cus of poor customer service and being lied to.

HORRENDOUS. Went in on an impulse, and the next day my thumb broke. Went in to have it fixed, and the day after that my index finger broke. Fast forward four days, my thumb broke AGAIN. Plus the gentleman refused to do the design I wanted (teal nails, black tips. French manicure themed) and did his own design. If you wanna spend $70 for something you don’t want and for nails that’re too thin, I recommend them. Other than that, save your money and go somewhere else. There’s multiple nail salons close to them and I’ll recommend all of them even though I’ve never been- nothing can be worse than here. Oh, and I bled on my index finger. Still healing I’ll bad mouth this salon to anyone who asks for nails, that’s how terrible it is. The 5 star reviews are misleading. I’m convinced they pay people to make them.

me and my mom have been coming here for almost 2 years and we absolutely love it!! we always feel welcomed and very happy with the results! Scott has been doing my nails for a while now and i am so thankful for his hard work and patience
