If I could give venus nail and spa ZERO stars I would!! So unprofessional and RUDE. I now see all the bad reviews for them and i understand why completely. I called to make an appointment and the lady on the phone was very rude but I just thought maybe she was having a bad day. When I got to my appointment, the guy doing my nails was very arrogant and had a smart aleck comment to everything I said for instance I was trying to explain how I wanted my nails and I said, trying to say it in a nice way, “is it okay if I have silver on just the ring fingers!” so he would know what i wanted. His snarky response was “uhhh… you can have it on whatever finger you want!” Then I kept telling him they felt super thin. He kept telling me no they were not. And I said I’m sorry I just feel like I am going to break these they are so thin. He reassured me they would last more than 3 weeks because he put 2 coats of SNS powder on them. so there was nothing else I could do. He assured me they would last! Fast forward to 1 day post getting my nails done and 3 have already broken in a couple different places On the nail. I walk into the nail spa and the rude lady told me there was no one there that could do SNS nails after I drove 25 mins to get there. I had no idea this was not a full service nail spa. I was told on the phone it was. I then asked to please be reimbursed for my broken nails since they couldn’t fix them and she said “nope can’t do that no manager here”. So I got the business card for the manager and he cared in NO way to resolve my issue. He told me that the guy that does SNS wasn’t there and I couldn’t get my nails fixed until Saturday. This is only Tuesday. He refused to refund my money and HUNG UP ON ME!! Literally hung up on me. I don’t see how this business is still running!! It’s appalling how they treat their customers!

The workers were VERY nice and clean. But I got the SNS dip powder. I’ve always got SNS for years. All I have ever got on my fingers. And it chipped off within an hour of me leaving the salon. And I was just typing on my computer when it happened. I’ve never had that happen. And I got a pedicure as well. Not the best pedicure. Everything else but the paint job was amazing. The paint job looks like something a 5 year old would do. No even coats and very sloppy. But they have the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in a nail salon.

I have been going to this place for 3 years . Jack he always done a amazing job on my nails . Never had any issues . He paid attention to what he was doing and knew how to do my nails every time . However , Jack no longer is there so I have it a shot . Worse experience ever . I get with my nails bleeding . The SNS powder was not even completely on my whole nail. With Jack gone I don’t see this place doing any business!! Stay away!

Nothing like the picture i showed him an he bluntly lied to my face saing he new what he was doing an that he new how to do unbre whitch he didnt my nail beds were detroyed after and will not grow back out the same he drilled my nails so badly that i had blood clouts forming under the nails i do not recommend this nail place

My friend and I had pedicures and SNS nails. The technicians were great and our nails are great!! My hands are arthritic and don’t bend easily and in my thumbs the joints are fused together. They were patient and careful not to hurt my thumbs while doing a great job. Pedicure, Manicure

I absolutely love my nail tech. Jack was gentle and paid very close attention to detail and what I wanted. They lady that did my pedi was also amazing and attentive. However, I’m only giving a 4 star rating because my friend that was with me really enjoyed her nail tech at first but he eventually was too rough for her liking. She left pained and disappointed. We will try this place again but she is hoping to get jack next time. She overall liked her finished nails. Hopefully next time she will have a better experience. I love my nails btw! I got matte nails with a glossy design

They served someone that walked in 30 minutes after and did their nails faster than they did 1of my nieces nails. They were rude and unprofessional throwing things in front of my nieces.
