Tonight I had a gel manicure by Owen. I was the last customer they had but I didn’t feel rushed at all. Owen was SO patient. I had an idea and had him change a color midway, he didn’t seem annoyed, and happily made the change. They were very clean and I’m the happiest I’ve been in a long time about my nails. They took their time with cuticles, and did a lavender hand mask after we were finished. I will definitely return. Thank you!

I’ve been getting pedicures at sensation nails in Southbury for years and never had a single problem. I went here once and 1 week later had foot infections and ingrown toenails ! Extremely painful. They apparently are not sterile. I highly do not recommend. Pedicure, Manicure

I wanted to love this nail spa but I won’t go back. I went for a gel manicure and the process actually hurt. They were so rough with my nails filling and buffing the beds and horribly aggressive with the metal cuticle pusher. It hurt and I sat there patiently. Then one of the UV lamps didn’t work right which shouldn’t be since it’s a new place. The final result is pretty but nails are thick and bumpy. It’s a no for me.

I just wanted a pedicure. Nothing fancy. My only request was to cut my nails short, which they did. Went to a different place before trying this one because I’m new to the area and asked 3 times for shorter and she either didn’t understand me, which I doubt or they just want you to come back sooner. I was very pleased and will be a return customer. Clean, friendly and not pushy at all.
