While my nails look okay I was very disappointed in their customer service. Eric did my nails…. I think he might have been the owner which is even more disappointing. He completely stopped doing my nails two different times to text on his phone. He didn’t apologize and his texts were not quick. I also have 3 to 4 nails that look like the picture I will attach. The skin is peeling and it hurts. I will not be returning.

I hadn’t been here in a while so I thought I would try it out again. I had a bit of an odd experience, my pedicurist wasn’t too personable, but I understand to most people a job is just a job. However I was having a hard time figuring out my massage chair. The pedicurist next to mine had helped my Aunt so I thought someone would at least tell me how to operate it… nothing! After my work was done, I was told to exit to the left side. I had all of my belongings and she’s watched as I struggled to get everything together and lift up the side arm from the chair. I’ve never been at a place that wasn’t willing to help at all. The previous owners were always very accommodating. It’s sad to think that customer service is so limited these days and no one wants to go that extra mile.

First time customer today. Eric did my nails EXACTLY how I had wanted. Turned out better than I expected. I also had a pedicure with gel polish, as well as my husband having a mani pedi. Best day ever, super satisfied, and we will be back. Amanda who did my husband’s pedi was amazing as well. I did not catch the young ladies name who did my pedicure, or the woman’s name who did my husband’s mani. But everything and everyone was great. Thank you so much!
