I know many people who has decided to stop patronizing nail salons simply because of their service. After several times of telling this man he was too rough, he never eased up. He told me I was too sensitive and this is how he works. He went on to say that I wasn’t bleeding and had no knicks & no reason to complain. He also said I should not come back. I never got loud or irate. His service was deplorable and I will never step foot in this nail salon again. He claimed his name was Charlie.

Beautiful place, but horrible service. I thought it was just me until I read other reviews, but my hands also seemed to be thrown around and the job was rushed. The polish turned out to be really spotty, and the tech did not even make an effort to cover the full nail. As you can see, my nails are fill of transparent paint, cracks, and there’s even an air bubble on one of the nails. She also used the cuticle pusher on my entire nail, so they’re almost paper thin now. I’m not sure what the rush was since there were only 5 people in the shop, and no one was waiting for service. It was my first time there and I will not be back.

Hands down one of the worst places in statesboro to get your nails done. All I got was black sns and every single one of my nails is a different length, has bubbles in the top coat of the polish. Aside from the lack of skill in actual nail art…. The service isn’t the best either. They sat me down ahead of someone that was there before me (which I didn’t know) and then half way through my nails tried to make me move seats and do someone else’s nails while I waited…. Needless to say wouldn’t visit here if you’re looking to get your nails done in a timely manner or quality nails

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI usually don’t write reviews but this was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a nail shop. I came in for just a soak off and ended up waiting over an hour to be seated and I only got seated when I did because she tried to service a family of five before me. Then it took another hour to soak off my nails because she was servicing people who came in way after me causing me to miss my real nail appointment. I came in for just a soak off and ended up waiting over an hour to be seated and I only got seated when I did because she tried to service a family of five before me. Then it took another hour to soak off my nails because she was servicing people who came in way after me causing me to miss my real nail appointment. Critical: ProfessionalismI went for a basic pedicure. Additional services that I did not ask for were added on. When I went to pay expecting to pay a certain amount the amount displayed on the screen was much more. I told the man I asked for a basic pedicure which costs less than the amount being displayed on the screen. When I notified the man of this he listed the additional services that I did not ask for. I didn’t want to make a scene/ or combat him so I just paid scared of what others would think of me if I said something. After thinking it over I realized that I had been cheated. Went back and kindly explained the situation to the first employee that came up to me. To which their response was “Okay sorry. What do you want us to do about it?” In a condescending tone, and basically saying they wouldn’t refund that extra amount charged. To get me to leave they gave me a 10% discount card which is literally nothing. If a service costs $30 that is only $3. So, nothing.
