Critical: Professionalism, QualityI can’t believe how unprofessional these ladies are I called and asked if they did dip with long nails and design i showed the nails i wanted, because I was unhappy with the curve nails they have the woman got upset. She left lumps all over my nails there is a hair stuck under the dip and when I asked to paint them she refused because she stated I went over my time limit. Apparently they only allow 45 mins for dip. It’s literally Mother’s Day weekend and my birthday and my nails look horrible. Don’t waist your time or money. I wish I could add the pictures of how she left my nails I would have paid double for them to look nice.
