I have been seeing Elizabeth for a year now and she is amazing! She is wonderful to speak to and I always get compliments when she does my lashes. I have never missed an appointment. SHE GETS 5 STARS. THE RECEPTIONIST GETS ZERO STARS, Unfortunately today, 12/21/22; I woke up with a fever and called to change my appointment to next week…I was told they have a 12 hour cancellation policy and since I hadn’t called within that timeframe I would be charged for full service. Furthermore I would be charged for my rescheduled appointment full price again. Now I am a business owner myself, I understand the 12 hour policy, it is required for people who constantly miss appointments and that’s not ME! when I went to bed last night, I didn’t know I was going to wake up sick! I would hope for a little flexibility but received none. So Elizabeth I love you, but your loosing a client. And since the receptionist would not let me speak with you I am writing you via yelp. Sorry to loose you Liz…but they left me no choice

Had a lift and tint. My lashes were bent in a hundred Directions. Had ppl asking what was wrong with them. Could not make it back in time to have a redo (and honestly was scared to have them do my lashes again. They offered me 20% off. Unprofessional and bad outcome.

I had Aliona and got a cat eye full set lash extensions. She was so incredibly sweet and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She did an amazing job on my lashes, I recommend her. All of the ladies at Eyedolize are absolutely amazing anyone you see does fantastic work. First off, the studio is beautiful! It had a warm feeling and everyone was super nice. When I walked in, I was greeted immediately! I had henna brow tinting done with Aliona and she was very thorough. She explained what she was doing through each step and showed me how she shaped my brows.
