Critical: Professionalism, QualityVery rude…. I work until 6 everyday so I googled shops open later near me and this one popped up. We made it there about 635. Apparently they close at 730 but stop taking customers at 645 because the ppl after me were turned away. We picked our colors and waited. My daughter went first and got sns on natural nails. She later told me lady was rude and pulling her hands and fingers in a rushing manner. SAME EXACT TREATMENT I GOT FOR BEING THE LAST CUSTOMER OF THE DAY. She sped through filing and applying my acrylic. Threw my hands and fingers out of the way just so she could run out the door at 730. I was pleased with my nails at the time but 5 days later I already need a fill in. I left a $20 tip for very rude service and I will never ever return again!Services: Acrylic nails, Gel manicures, Dip powderVery rude…. Critical: ValueWe called the establishment and asked for an upfront price over the phone and was told the fill in was $15 and that a cut down would be included after arriving and confirming the price when the service was completed and we were given a total of $30 and the tech argued that the quoted price was incorrect and gave us a pamplet with the prices even still the price was only $20 and they still insisted that $30 was owed. We called the establishment and asked for an upfront price over the phone and was told the fill in was $15 and that a cut down would be included after arriving and confirming the price when the service was completed and we were given a total of $30 and the tech argued that the quoted price was incorrect and gave us a pamplet with the prices even still the price was only $20 and they still insisted that $30 was owed.
