Went in today and got dipped powder and LOVED how Trina took her time and made sure my nails were just as I wanted them. She right away asked me if I wanted something to drink and was super nice and friendly. I will definitely be coming back!

My girls wanted to try a new nail salon so we ended up try out Venice. The pedicures were great no issue there. It wasn’t until we got to the full nail set. I’m getting married Saturday 10/01/2022 and I wanted a certain design I asked if they could do, and they said yes. I sat in chair 1 not sure what the lady’s name was, I showed her picture they were basic French tip with a gold line that she had but she couldn’t get it to stick to nail polish. You could of used a bit of glue but I guess. She then painted on the white tips and it was so bulky then she decode to do a nail polish stripped line that looked like a mustard color I told her I didn’t like it and it was to orange and she got a nail filer and scraped it off then she tried with just the glitter nail polish and if you have worked with that before uou understand it leaves spaces Not a solid glitter line. So at this point I give up, I feel if she wasn’t able to accomplish the task she should of told me and I would have went to another salon. I couldn’t even take a picture the nails were so lumpy I wanted to cry that I just took the loss and went to my original nail place Regional Nails, and even they saw how bad they were the acrylic was lumpy and just looked horrible. Below is the nails I wanted but didn’t get and how much I paid.

If I could only give 0 stars, I would. I usually see Tanya and recently had to use a new technician due to the owner informing me that she no longer worked there. A couple appointments went by when I started seeing Tanya back in the salon but continued to see both Alice and Tanya due to scheduling conflicts. One would not be available when I was, so I worked with both to help fit my crazy schedule. Recently, I showed up for my scheduled appointment with Alice and the owner, Hayden informed me that Alice was not available until later that day. I did not receive a phone call or any prior communication. Hayden offered to do my nails so I agreed due to me not being able to come in later that day. After the dip powder set was complete, that night my nails started to chip very badly around my cuticle area (see picture attached. This was from 4 hours after my appointment). Obviously not happy, I called and spoke with Hayden regarding my nails. He was very rude to me on the phone after I asked him if the other 2 technicians that I see could fix the nails instead of him. He continued to tell me that in the 10 years he has been doing nails, this has never happened…I have been getting my nails done for a very long time and my nails have never chipped this badly, ever. He ended up scheduling an appointment with Tanya the next day to fix my nails. When I showed up the following day, I was not greeted when I walked in the door, instead I was greeted by Tanya telling me to “hurry up and sit down.” They were going to fill in every nail where it was chipping and I requested them to take them completely off due to how badly they were chipping. I knew that if they just filled in the gaps, that it would create a line where it chipped. She told me they could not do that and that I would have to choose the same color for them to fill in. I was also accused by Tanya that I did this by myself. Not once did one employee greet me with a professional “hello” or welcome me back to the store, apologizing for the occurrence, offer me anything to drink, anything. I was pushed around and accused of it being my fault. I even apologized, as they made me feel extremely embarrassed in front of other clients in the salon instead of making me feel welcomed and willing to help one of their customers in a situation where their work needed to be fixed. When Tanya finished my nails, I walked up to the front of the store to pay for my new set. While I was standing there, in front of a couple of other clients finishing up their nails, she told me out of no where, “look, I don’t know what problem you have with Hayden or what your problem is with me either, but you made me feel so uncomfortable and humiliated me for asking me to fix your nails. You betrayed me as a client and started seeing another technician.” She told me that she felt extremely uncomfortable continuing to do my nails and refused service to me moving forward. Trying to calmly speak with her, she continued to speak over me and would not have a conversation with me. I was then asked to leave. The most alarming part of all of this, is that she spoke to me that way in front of all the other customers that where there. Not one other technician said a word. I was so shocked, I didn’t even know what to do. I stood their for half the time completely speechless. This salon should be embarrassed and ashamed with the way that they choose to speak to customers in front of others. If something happens to a customers nails and you stand by your 7 day nail policy, then respect your customers when they enter into your establishment and make them feel welcome and heard when they step foot into your business. I am also appalled by the responses “by the owner” here on Google. Scroll down and take a look at how the owner chooses to speak to their customers. I would recommend absolutely not going here and choosing another salon where your money will be well spent and your time will be respected and valued.

Worst nail salon experience in my entire life. Just moved from north Austin to Buda and needed a new salon. However, looks like I’ll be making the drive back north to E’Shee to never be treated like this again. My nail tech, Mia, made me extremely uncomfortable. I wanted to run out and I was so anxious for the 3 hrs it took for the pedi/mani. I was not offered a drink and greeted with attitude. She acted like she was disgusted and didn’t want to touch my feet. When it would be time to move positions of my hands or feet she would flick/shoo them away. When scrubbing my feet she made me hold my leg out without supporting them at all with her hand and my leg was shaking from having to hold it up. Most of the time nail techs hold your foot with one hand and scrub with the other. She was so rough and sloppy and would huff and puff and roll her eyes when she messed up. She kept fumbling my hands and I didn’t know what to do and then twice during this she smacked my hands and said “don’t do that!” And I asked “don’t do what???” And she replied “relax your hand” literally through clenched teeth. I wanted a black tip manicure which is standard these days and it took her ten minutes to do the pinky finger. It looked terrible so I suggested a different method my previous salon uses and then we were able to move on. At the checkout, she printed the receipt, THREW IT, and dashed off. It landed behind the counter and so I tried to search for it because I wanted to know what her name was. When she came back she was like “oh you want the receipt?” The pedicure quality was fine. The manicure quality is subpar. The front side is decent but I was too scared to direct her. The back/underside is incredibly sloppy. Needless to say, don’t go here unless you want to be treated horribly. Or maybe it’s just Mia. The other techs seemed friendlier at least.

The job was nice but the color was wrong. Asked for black and I got dark blue :/ didn’t realize it until I was in the sun. I brought it up to them in chats and they stopped responding. Very unprofessional. Will not be coming back here again. Gel manicures

Men, don’t even bother. most unsatisfying waste of $45. Alll you are paying for with all these crazy packages they offer is a bunch of cream , they just rub on you. Not even any soothing foot massage kind of vibe. i’ve never gotten a pedicure and paid a premium where the person just rubs you and doesn’t actually offer some sort of massage effect. i tried to explain it the best i can. but that’s just the service. oh well.

One of the best experience I’ve ever experience out here in Buda!!! Massage chairs are on point (I almost feel asleep) Hugh did a great pedicure probably one of the best foot and leg massages I’ve ever received and the owner Hayden did a gel manicure and they look amazing!!! Customer service amazing and very clean and sanitary.

My pedicure was amazing but unfortunately I was unaware my manicure did not come with cuticle treatment and just received nails with gel nail and stiletto shaping. Hayden was the tech on my hands and unfortunately was not clear about what I made and appointment for. I would not recommend this location for manicures. The pedicure (lit lavender) was nice but I do have discomfort around the corner of my left big toe. Should an individual choose to go to this location I encourage you to be clear about everything you want both over the phone AND in person and have them repeat it to avoid a sense of misrepresentation of product and services. The people are very pleasant and provide complimentary beverages.
