My 1st time there and last, The man who was doing my pedicure went to the restroom comes back and wipes his hands off with my feet towel and places it back down to use it on me, I asked him to switch the towel and give me a new one of course now he doesn’t understand English, Then the Lady who spoke English comes over, Why you so Mad, What!!@@ , why aren’t you mad that’s Nasty and obviously you didn’t train him. Horrible Place, Avoid!!!

Please don’t go here and waste your time and money. I asked for a very cute and simple set and explained to the lady multiple times that I did not like my nails. The shape was wrong they were bumpy and crooked. Almost left in tears because I was so upset. I showed her the reference picture and she told me she would be able to do it and when I asked her to fix them she flat out refused to and said it was to much work to take them off and re-do my nails. She had an attitude with me the entire time and was overall extremely rude.

Its insane what nail salons are doing with their prices!! This place charged extra $5 for choosing longer nails for my acrylic set!! Was that ever a common practice??? And an extra $5 for coffin shape! So from $35 (as listed on their price menu) it went to $45 with REGULAR color! Wow! Needless to say, im not going back

I went for a gel fill in on my natural nails. Due to my nails being natural, I don’t get tips if one break. When trying to explain this the young lady, she either didn’t understand or was determined to add a tip to my broken nail. When I refused she got up and walked away to talk about me in the back to other employees. The lady that did my nails understand what i wanted but still talked about it when people walked up, however I didn’t feel comfortable with everyone wanting to walk from the back to view and discuss my nails. It shouldn’t matter how I want my nails as long as I’m paying for them. I prefer natural looking nails, I get gel to keep them from breaking, although it only helps some. I thought they were rude and very unprofessional and I will never go there again. I’ve been a customer for over 15yrs with the previous owners. Unfortunately these new people lack the friendly and professionalism that the other owners had.

Got my nails done very nice people but quality is horrible not even a week and they broke and chipped on dip powder!!! Never had that happened to be! And this isn’t the first time either! Will never go Again or recommend to anyone!!!! Products either old or cheap or they skimp on product Dip powder
