Venetian Nail Spa – Sugar Land University Commons

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueBeware!! Green Nails!!! I went to this location to get a fresh full set of acrylic on 9/28/21. On 10/26/21 I went in for a refill. Exactly 2-weeks later (11/9/21) I went into the shop because I noticed lifting and discoloration. I got in maybe 30-minutes before closing time. When I explained why I was coming in the guy at the front examined my nail and then asked me if I hit it on something. I told him no. He proceeded to get another guy to come and look at my nails. They told me that they were about to close and offered for me to come later in the week. I explained to them that I cannot work with a finger nail hanging off. After talking to a few workers, the second guy couldn’t get anyone to fix my nail (I’m guessing because of the time) . He then proceeded to deter me from getting my nail fixed by telling me that it has been 2-weeks already, that I should be getting a new set, and it will cost $5 to fix. How can a full-set of acrylic last only 2-weeks??? I have been getting my nails done for a long time and the recommendations from my previous technicians was 4-weeks and I have never experienced this before. I kindly let them know that I will no longer visit the salon. Once arriving home, I decided to take off all the nails due to its condition. Once off, I noticed I had not 1, but 2 GREEN NAILS! Disgusting!! I will not be back. They did not lay they nails down correctly to prevent lifting and moisture from getting inside. They probably are not using clean equipment either.
