Been going to variety nails for along time like 4-5 years. Somebody new did my nails and I hated them. I got the dip set with tips and gel nail polish on top with a chrome finish. She did a terrible job…wish I knew her name! My nails had a rough finish and it was not the color I wanted. I went back a week later and the manager Terry changed my nail polish to a purple chrome which the color was beautiful…until I got home and noticed he did a rush job by not polishing the side of my nails. The next day one of my nails broke to the middle of my natural nail and now my thumb nail is breaking and also the nail polish started chipping the next day. I will be finding a new nail to say the least!!! Sorry variety nails will no longer be getting my services!

Pedicure was great and relaxing! The manicure was rushed, uncomfortable, and looks cheaply done. The staff was very friendly and kind, no pressure to upset. Nice facilities. Undecided if I’ll return since it’s not close.

The manicure was a botched up job, after 2-3 days of the service I am seeing skin peeling off of all my fingers’ corners. I could also feel that the lady doing my manicure was trimming the skin way too close. My thumb has a sore skin cut due to the service. Not at all happy with the after results. I had gotten pedicure as well and that was a decent job and I had tipped the lady thinking she did a good job overall but clearly that’s not the case with manicure. My husband who also got pedi mani, had same experience with his manicure. I hope the owner is making note of this and next time they do a better job.

Always friendly. Advised to make appointments bc they are usually always packed. Have had manicures and pedicures as well as eyebrow wax. Mostly family owned/run. The decor is so gorgeous inside. Very flexible and will always try to work you in if you happen to forget to make an appt and need an emergency nail paint fix lol. Been going about 2yrs now and recommended to quite a few as well. I love it here. Edited to add the last 3 times I have gone Tracey has done my nails. She is absolutely incredible. Super sweet and gentle and she blows my mind with how precise she is!
