Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueTook a little 5 year old to get her nails polished. A couple of girls were helping us choose a color. We were rudely interrupted by the nail lady, who was very rude to her own staff members. The nail lady persisted on gel nail and I was strictly against it. We finally chose a color, before we could get up, the nail lady grabbed my child wrist so fast I didn’t have time to react and placed her in a raised chair. She begin to buff her nails aggressively, I stopped her, stating she doesn’t need that, only polish. I had no idea she would buff a child’s nails, strange. Took a little 5 year old to get her nails polished. A couple of girls were helping us choose a color. We were rudely interrupted by the nail lady, who was very rude to her own staff members. The nail lady persisted on gel nail and I was strictly against it.
