This will be my 3rd time returning to this dry bar. I had no issues the first time. I had originally scheduled an appointment at 1 pm but then I called to move it later and add my friend. They offered me an apt at 2:15 and my friend at 2:45. The day rolls by and I get to the dry bar and they said my apt was at 1 pm and I told them I had spoken to someone who moved the apt. So the person at the front desk was like oh I see it, you did call. And then he proceeded to be like well…we don’t have any apts available tough luck. I had a photoshoot planned. This is not good customer service and I will not be returning back.

I showed up 10 minutes late (I mistakenly thought my appointment was at 7:30 but it was at 7:15). They said they couldn’t take me until 9 and then when I said that time didn’t work, they still wanted to charge me for “cancelling”.

Loved my experience! This was my first DryBar experience at this location, and it was important to get it right as I had a video shoot later that day. Chelsea was AWESOME! She listened to my desires, totally understood my hair type, and ensured that my hair would last all day. It look great the following day too! She was such a talented stylist and an awesome person. My stylist was very friendly and my hair looked great when she was finished, but 30 minutes later, the curls had fallen and I had to re-curl myself before my event. It was a waste of $65. The hairspray she used didn’t hold my hair at all. Blowouts are supposed to last for 2-3 days and mine didn’t last for 2-3 hours. My stylist was very friendly and my hair looked great when she was finished, but 30 minutes later, the curls had fallen and I had to re-curl myself before my event. It was a waste of $65. If you want to wait around for your appointment to start so you can be late where you need to go then this is the place for you! I had to wait over 30 minutes just to get started. Don’t expect people to show up on time for their appointment even threatening to charge their card if they’re late when you can’t be on time. On top of that the service sucked from being greeted, helped, and the blowout itself. Drybar does a great job but NOT this location.

Always do an amazing job here!! Give yourself a little extra time. They are usually booked solid and hairstylist are so detailed sometimes it gets backed up. But totally worth it!
