I went to get a Nail fill with gel polish and what they “called” a manicure. OMGosh I dont care how desperate you are to get your nails done, turn around and run out of this shop as fast as you can! If you don’t THIS is what “service” you’ll be getting: After arguing that you wanted this certain color NOT the color the lady is trying to push off on you for 2 mins, you’ll have to endure their so called manicure (a 10 second dip in cold soapy dishwater…not exaggerating here!!) and have nail nippers cut not only your cuticles but any skin anywhere near the nail including the side of your finger all the way around where they’re going to fill.(and you know how much that burns when they start filling !!) I was desperate because my regular salon lady was out of town and I had an event to go to that night.I should have just super glued Lee nails on instead because now my nail beds are ruined on 3 fingers and a thumb. And what’s left of my cuticles are just shredded hang nails.The ONLY reason this review even got a star is because you have to have a star to review.

They cut the skin on the side of my foot, it cost more to get the tips of my toenails done than to polish the entire nail (go figure) and the air was out on one of the hottest days in NC! All they had was one fan. They get no more than a single star from this customer!!! Pedicure

First things first I’ve been going to this salon since 2015. Here in the last few months they have disappointed me more than 4 occasions. I called twice scheduling an appt just to get there to no appointment to wait over a hour for them to tell me come back THEN I get there at 5:10 on a Sunday granted they’re close at 6 the father took the paint off my toes then tried to convince me to come back tomorrow (Monday I work 10-7 all week long) keep in mind as well I had called earlier Sunday at 3 he told me be there at 5.

A friend told me about V T Nails, and I’ve been satisfied with the service every time. I only go for a pedicure, and the gentleman that does it has magical hands, I swear. All in all, the place is quiet, clean from what I see, and they are so very nice. I can’t wait for my next pedi.

My original review talked about their great service 3 years ago. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about my service today. The lady did my pedicure and burnt me with the nail polish curer at least 5 times. I had to say hot hot several times and even after that she haphazardly placed the device on my foot. Not only that but she cut some of my cuticle on my toe and I jumped and yelled out because it was too deep. I won’t be going back there after today’s experience.

Don’t go here. They are absolutely terrible. I got my nails done on a Sunday here because I had switched up because they were the only nail salon that was open by me. I walked in, got my nails done, they were good. At the time. I spent $30. I was like omg so cheap, I like this place. Then the next day comes, I wake up with my nail polish chipped, and they all started falling off within not even a week of me having them. Now I see why they are so cheap because their quality of nails are so terrible. Go here if you wanna waste money, but if you want better quality nails for a better price, go to Fantastic nails. They do a better job than this place.

I didn’t make an appointment so I knew I would have to wait. Wait wasn’t terribly long. Beautiful salon. CLEAN. Hands down the best fill I have ever gotten. Everyone was so gentle and I even got a hand massage after words. Fill with gel polish only 28$! Definitely my new nail spot.

This salon HAS HORRIBLE customer service skills!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! They only have 1 Nail Tech that can do any type of fills or full sets!!! It has been like this for over 5 months now!!! I kept cominng back because I’m loved the previous owners and thought it would get better but it did not!!!! They still have yet to hire more techs and today the owner tried to do my nails! The past 10 times I’ve come she says she can’t do NAILS but all of a sudden today she tries to do them because the salon is once again JAM PACKED with disappointed customers. When I asked when she started doing NAILS she had the audacity to tell me she’s always done them…but she just doesn’t like the smell. I was furious because I’ve waited for assistance in countless passions. Hours at a time. Finally she starts doing my nails and HAD NO IDEA what she was doing! She Did the acrylic wrong! She didn’t even still them or file them. When she realized how bad they were she tried to tell me she’d make it free. I thanked her for the free service but told her that after waiting 3 hours I still wanted them done Properly and in a sanitary manner! She got mad and started filing my nails hard. To the point that a client next to me asked “is she hurting you?” I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!!! I’ve never been so disappointed in a salon!!!
