Critical: Quality3 days ago I came in to get a cut of 2 inches. This stylist cut 4 – 6 inches off my hair. I ddnt realize so much was cut til I got home and straighten my hair. I cald the salon the woman that cut my hair answered and asked why she cut so much off my hair when I sd 2 inches only. Her response was well I can’t put it back on and sd sorry. Excuse me. I haven’t heard anything from the owner or anything. I filed a complaint with The Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. And Dept of Consumer Affairs.
