Critical: QualityI have gone here a few times and I have had great service but I will say this past time I was very disappointed. I am disappointed in the fact of that I got dipped nails and they only lasted less than two weeks. They grew out super fast and also it was just not done very well. I also wanted to have my toes painted which they initially looked great but after a day of taking a shower one of the nail polish toes came off. I got charged for my toes being painted and a set of the powder nails for 60 something dollars which I think is absolutely ridiculous. I have gone here a few times and I have had great service but I will say this past time I was very disappointed. I am disappointed in the fact of that I got dipped nails and they only lasted less than two weeks. They grew out super fast and also it was just not done very well. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueLove this place. I’ve tried other places over time and I always come back here and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Vivian is so talented and perfect in her nails and her designs. I’ve got to where I just let her design whatever she wants. Reasonably priced, easy get in and such talent. Love this place. I’ve tried other places over time and I always come back here and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Vivian is so talented and perfect in her nails and her designs. I’ve got to where I just let her design whatever she wants. Reasonably priced, easy get in and such talent. Highly recommended Manicure, Pedicure, Gel manicures

I don’t expect to get weeks of wear from a regular manicure polish, but a few days would be nice. I got a mani and pedi as did my daughter. I did not get gel nails because I was with her and didn’t want to take the extra time. We still walked out paying $130. We got it services the evening of Monday 8/2. The photos show what my nails looked like on Wednesday evening 8/4. So disappointing. I don’t expect to get weeks of wear from a regular manicure polish, but a few days would be nice. I got a mani and pedi as did my daughter. Critical: Punctuality, ValueMade an appointment for my mom and I to get mani and pedi, arrived on time and had to sit for 30 minutes before anyone came to talk to us. The water in the foot bath was boiling but no one came to fix that either. Once we finally get service right before I was honestly just going to walk out. I seriously wish I had!!!!I got the deluxe pedicure option for $60 and told them it would just be the pedicure since now we wouldn’t have time for the manicure after the long wait. Apparently that meant do the pedicure as fast as possible. 15 minutes later the girl doing my pedicure is already done, with everything, including painting my toes. Quickest hot stone massage ever, didn’t even massage my feet, at a pedicure. I’m confused. It was literally the worst experience at a nail salon I’ve ever had. Made an appointment for my mom and I to get mani and pedi, arrived on time and had to sit for 30 minutes before anyone came to talk to us.
