This place is THE WORST place you can go to get your haircut. Every single time there is an issue. The latest – the website says a 5 minute wait, called to confirm and told an hour and a half. Couldn’t take my name over the phone with such a wait so I drove 20 minutes to get my name on the list. They took my name and told me an hour wait. Came back 50 minutes later to find out they didn’t even write my name down. Have now waited 30 minutes and still haven’t been taken yet. I don’t want to hear about short staffing or being really busy – they can’t even write names down. I will never come back – an absolute joke of a business.

I literally just got done with my haircut 5 minutes ago and I am now on my way to go to another place to get my hair recut cause my haircut is embarrassing and I will never go back to a Supercuts…how can someone cut your hair and see that it is a bad haircut and see that it is messed up and allow you to even walk out without them trying to fix it…I have a job that I have to talk face to face with customers and do they honestly expect me to feel comfortable talking to anyone now when one side of my head is a skin tight fade and the other side still has hair that can be combed on it all I have to do now is paint one side of my face and I will look like I am dressed up as two completely different people…I am so embarrassed to even go home and allow my family to see me like this

Nice staff that do a good job… HOWEVER I had a frustrating experience my last haircut. Made my online appointment for 12:20. When I arrived one of the stylists said it would be about a 15 minute wait. Fast forward 40 minutes later I ask how much longer it would be explaining that my appointment was for 12:20. The stylist said well that’s just the check in time and you’ll be serviced shortly. Fast forward another 15-20 minutes later. I understand that it gets busy and there’s only so many staff, but be upfront if you know if it’s going to be a much longer wait and don’t tell me it’s going to be 15 minutes later if it’s gonna be an hour later. I could have gotten so much done if I had known/ gone out to do errands, etc.

They don’t seem to like doing haircuts for children.I’m sorry to have inconvenienced you. I guess if you are 50+ and want the most generic haircut at the same price you can go to an actual barber, go here. The beauty academy students have to start somewhere I guess… I’d personally just put a bowl over my head and clip whatever hangs out. Save myself $30.

As a guy with long hair I tend to go to salons rather than barber shops, but in the past I’ve had some unsavory experiences and have attempted to avoid haircuts at all costs. So when it was time to go short, I needed a place where I could trust the stylist to get the job done, and actually care so I don’t get a stupid haircut. I heard some good reviews and went here to Supercuts and was given Nicole, who did exactly what I wanted flawlessly, and was funny and fun to talk to the whole time. Finding someone who genuinely cares about their customers is rare nowadays, and Supercuts in Dover has people who care. I will say that it’s in your best interest to book an appointment online before you go because I tried to go the week prior and they had absolutely no room for walk ins.
