I was a little nervous, since the last time I had my nails done in GA was a disaster, but really didn’t have a reason to be. I’ll even say this place did a better job than my reg salon back home! I got a lavender lux gel pedicure (includes hot stone, hot towel, exfoliating mask, hydration mask and callous removal), dip powder removal, fresh set with designs (1 tip, rest are natural) and eyebrow waxing. Total $170 and worth it. Location is beautiful. Clean with spa like relaxation. Service was prompt, attentive, professional and thorough (I did go during the week, probably busier on wkends). May even go back again before I leave. What a miserable experience. I have never been so disrespected at a nail salon in my ENTIRE LIFE… Every employee was rude and could barely speak English and give good instructions on what they wanted me to do (ex. I was gestured to the back of the store without words to find out 2 minutes later that they wanted me to wash my hands after the first part of the manicure. Not a single word relating to “sinks in the back” was spoken to me.). You could tell the staff were saying horrible things about customers/other people in general and they didn’t even try to hide it. My nails came out ok since I asked for a basic nail polish and one color. These aren’t people you want your money to go to, truly an example how COVID-19 impacted the quality of the service industry.

I got exactly what I wanted and I love Gel because it lasts longer. I got a pedicure with Gel polish and a full set no tips with Gel polish at an affordable price. This spot is my go to spot and they open at 9 so I won’t be late for work.

This was the worst experience I ever had at any nail salon. First my nails look horrible there not shaped correctly and the nail tech could care less to put any effort into my nails. Didn’t say anything when he finished got up walked out and walked across the street to the store ..I have polish on my cuticles and around the nails. Guys save your money and go else were because the customer service sucks and the pictures are false advertisement!!!!!!!

Had a SNS nail manicure and pedicure today. The wait time was less than 5 minutes, the salon was very clean, the atmosphere was inviting and calming Teresa was my technician, and she was amazing! Mia was very aggressive removing my 3 wk acrylic nails. She made my ring finger nails bleed and still shows over my French nails she did… It really hurt a lot. First time over 20 years someone hurted my Natural nails this much. Please be aware who you go to. Mr. Kevin and Mr. Dan are the only ones who won’t hurt you.
