I am extremely satisfied and very happy with my laser hair removal results. I immediately saw a huge difference after my first session. I’m excited to see my final results once I complete my treatment. Francie Ardon is very professional and great at what she does. She always checks your comfort level during treatments and has great bedside manners. She is extremely friendly and highly knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend her to my friends. Utopia Image has been the best decision I have made for hair removal. I tried waxing and obviously shaving and both are just not for me, Francie has made the process easy and comfortable as possible. Also, her office is super clean, I haven’t had any issues since I have gone to her and she is very understanding. I also love that she does a check in between appointments to check if I am ok and if I have any questions regarding the process. Really makes me feel more comfortable asking questions and stuff. Definitely deserving of all 5 stars!
