Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went to this shop because the reviews and pictures are amazing. When I walked in the facility was clean and it was only one person getting their nails done. I was told to pick a color but I wanted to show the tech a photo of exactly what I wanted. I requested a pink clear and picked a pink clear out the basket. The lady that was sitting the front desk told the nail tech to use a different color after she insisted I look through this basket and find the color I wanted. I sat down and he began my fill. He was nice and the shape was exactly what I wanted but the color was not. I seen him write down $35 on his notebook. But it was 40 when I got to the register. I didn’t sweat it because I didn’t have time to get it done over or ask questions so I TIPPED, paid, and left. When I arrived at work one nail was already split in half. It broke later that day when I took my belt off. The next day while carrying grocery bags inside two popped right off. So I called to see if they would fix them since it had not even been three days. The lady on the phone said I could come the next day at 1030. I arrived right on time and sat back in the same chair as before. The man instructed me that he would charge $3 per nail since it was a fill and not a full set. I have no problem paying for a service but I believe this is horrible customer service as I was just there on Monday and it is now Thursday. My job is not labor intensive(I work in an office) so I don’t think nails should just pop off fill or full set. He tried to tell me my fill was old but it was literally just done two weeks ago. I asked if you thought my fill was old why did you do my nails and not insist on me soaking them off and getting a full set. I left unsatisfied because I refuse to pay again for nails that are Mediocre at best !!! I went to this shop because the reviews and pictures are amazing. When I walked in the facility was clean and it was only one person getting their nails done. I was told to pick a color but I wanted to show the tech a photo of exactly what I wanted. I requested a pink clear and picked a pink clear out the basket.
