I use this nail salon as an absolute last resort when I forget to make an appointment with my salon I prefer. This nail shop is on and operated by an Older couple. Every time I’ve ever gone and it’s been dead however I will say since there are only two people working if there are people in the shop I wouldn’t wait. The polish selection is minimal and the polish itself is old. One time I selected a gel polish and they put it in the microwave which I’ve never seen any salon do before. The designs mediocre. The prices are decent for Johnson County. Last weekend I went for sale and she nicked me twice with the drill not paying attention.

Worst nail salon in Overland Park. I went to get dip removed and the guy had zero idea what he was doing. Instead of letting my nails soak he wanted to dip them in acetone and then file them immediately and repeat that process for almost 30 min, it usually takes 10min max to get nail polish removed. I got very simple nails just painted one color. It turned out very okish, but it’s messy around the edges. He kept going around my nail with his finger nail and it kind of hurt sometimes. Nail art

I went with a couple of friends yesterday to US Nails for a girls day. It was a very interesting experience. We all sat down st the same time, but one of us took 30 minutes longer to complete because the nail tech kept running off to do different things. Three other customers were helped before her pedicure was completed. Not the best pedicure I’ve ever had, but for the price I guess it’s what you’d expect?

Inexperienced nail technician who did not listen to my needs. My nails are thin and I’ve been hurt by a nail drill before. I’ve advised my nail tech to soak my gel pedicure off with acetone wrapped in foil instead of trying to file everything off. My nail tech did not listen and drilled down to my nail bed. If you’ve had that happen to you, you would know how much that hurts. She then proceeded to use a nail filer against my nails to get the rest of my gel off, which further damaged my nails.

The people there are super nice, however quality was incredibly poor. The lady got nail polish all over my hands and it’s gel so it stained my hands pink. The worst part is that less than 24 hours later all but 2 of my nails are already chipped…. Ugh so much for gel. Just called my sister who went with me and she is having the same problems.

Very rude. She had ONE customer and was almost done. It was THREE hours before closing. I am from out of town and broke one nail on a new set and just wanted one nail repair. Her response was “that’s a lot of work for one nail!” I asked, do you just want me to somewhere else, and she said YES!
