I’ve been going to them for about 15 years on and off. The only time I didn’t go is when I moved out of the area but even then I was trying to find a way to get back to them. Customer service is top notch. They try to get to know their customers…all of them! And they try to remember details about you. I love them and their work and this is coming from a New Yorker who is use to finding a nail salon on every corner!

My 1st time here & my last! I thought I had found my new nail salon. Everything started great. Then she used the drill with sandpaper bit! I have never had someone do that on a pedicure. I was lightly dozing & didn’t realize what she was doing, until she got down to the nail bed. She actually filed the center of my nail off. It hurt! Then she put acrylic on it to cover it up. Again very painful. She did apologize but I still paid full price. The next day the acrylic came off. Then I had to wear a bandaid on it for a month until it grew out. I’ll never be back!

I love coming here because they love their customers and treat u with great respect. It’s family owned and most everyone’s related and if they aren’t related u can never tell because they treat u like family. Holly has always done my Manis and Pedis, and always does an awesome job

Great nail salon. The price is pretty good. They understand what you want and double check.

Been going here on an off for 20 years…great staff! I normally go during the week because technicians are limited here. Appointments are welcomed. Great nail shop for older clients.

They did worst nails. They even did not about if we want manicure and pedicure deluxe or regular just did the deluxe without asking for high price. They did nail art worst than 4 year old kids drowning..NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL..

My very first time here was today! Let me just say I love it!!!! The people there was very friendly and made you feel as if they had known you forever!! If you ever decide to try it, ask for Hi, she is wonderful! I love the time she took without rushing, and the prices aren’t bad either!! I finally found my “Nail Salon” Highly recommend it! Thanks guys!!

I love this place, but I refused to get service here yesterday because they had two customers without masks during a pandemic. The CDC is now recommending double masks and the employees let the customers just sit there with no one mask at all. You guys clearly have a sign on the door saying please wear a mask the full duration of your visit. So why did you have two people without masks? Hopefully when I come back this will be fixed.

I came here today just to get a standard $10 manicure, nothing too crazy. However, I brought in my own nail gems/stickers because I wanted a little design this time around. They charged an extra $4 for nail design, regardless of whether you supply the nail art or not. They’ve also increased their prices since the last time I came here (which I kinda understand if you’re work has greatly improved & are licensed). But I still won’t be coming here again, no to mention that one of my gems came off later because they didn’t want to use any nail glue that would’ve likely secured it.

Critical: QualityToday was my 5th or 6th time going to this location since late May 2020. All the visits prior to today were good! Inexpensive manicures & pedicures, efficient service. Unfortunately, not today. I had gel on my fingers and toes, that for some reason today they decided to drill off. I absolutely despise drills (I only wear my real natural nails and regular or gel polish that you’re supposed to break the seal with by filing the topcoat then soaking the gel polish off), they hurt to me. I told her to file my nails square. The woman doing my manicure went from drilling my polish off to go get her gel nail dryer, then started putting clear polish on my nails. I thought to myself, she’s moving a little fast or doing things out of order. I look, and see remnants of my previous red gel polish still on all my nails in the corner! So I pointed it out to her. She decides to scratch at the polish inside of using polish remover and tools. It didn’t work. So she resumes putting the clear base coat on my nails. I told her it’s still red polish on my nails. She tells me that my new polish will cover it up and holds up the geranium pink gel polish (a light pink color) so I won’t see it. Are you serious?! I also told her she didn’t file my nails square nor trim my cuticles. She said she did. All of my nails were uneven, rounded lengths and no cuticles had been trimmed, it was so obvious. So she starts horribly trimming my cuticles, and rushing to do it. I wonder if it had something to do with the group of 3 customers who had came in while she was partially removing my red gel polish that she was talking to. She had to empty the cuticle trimmer tool 3 times from my skin, then she stopped and tried to go back to polishing my nails. No! She didn’t even finish trimming the cuticles (which aren’t you supposed to soak my fingers in warm soapy water with a cuticle remover in it) nor did she file my nails! I told her to just stop! Horrible! No other employee offered to do my nails. I can’t believe I had to leave the salon with my fingers looking like this. Then the guy doing my pedicure was hurting my toes using the drill to remove the gel polish. I guess he did a decent job on the pedicure, but then he painted a few toes and got up and sent another woman over to finish painting my toes. No word on why. Absurd. Then charged me $55. For what? They said $5 for removing the nail polish, then $50 for my pedicure with gel polish. I have never paid this much again. I will never return again either. I will gladly pay more for better service elsewhere!Today was my 5th or 6th time going to this location since late May 2020. All the visits prior to today were good!
