John is my go to guy for hair, no reason to even look anywhere else. My farther used to take me to the barbershop as a child and John brings that old school nostalgia back. Great conversation and a warm shave, what’s not to like.

The place is a converted garage – a really small one – and looks like the house next door. But who cares? I’m 39 years old and just got the best haircut of my life. And I’m generally not one who really cares much about how good my haircut is; usually as long as I don’t look like a shaggy dog I’m good, but for the first time I’m actually excited about how my haircut looks.

Very friendly barber and the hot shave on the neck at the end is a very nice touch but when I asked for my hair to be cut a specific way John said he doesn’t like doing it that way. When we were done I was not pleased how my hair cut looked. Sorry John Haircut

Nice guy and great prices all but not the place you want to go if you want a good solid cut. Very inconsistent hair cuts. I was left with sides uneven, hair on top longer than other hairs cut , and left very disappointed. I gave him and second and third try but each time I was left leaving disappointed and had to go to another barber to fix the mess on the top of my head that was left.

You can not get a bad haircut from John. If you have been there before, he knows exactly what you want. At a risk of me sounding old, he can do traditional haircuts as well as whatever kids do to their hair today. John is tops!
