I’m really impressed with this place. Vincent in particular is awesome, although everyone I’ve worked with has been great. This place is family-owned and the owner is present and very friendly. I’ve noticed that their gel manicures last really nicely and when they remove the gel, they’re much more gentle on my nails than other places. This is my new spot!

I have been here once before with an ok experience, however after going today I won’t be back. I arrived as a walk in and I saw all the technicians busy. They said hello and would be with me within 10 minute. I waited about 15 minutes and they came and got me to start the pedicure first. A woman started my feet. She scrubbed them and then put them into soak and that’s the last I saw of her. Meanwhile a client who was also a walk in behind me was seated and another employee started working on her nails. Meanwhile I continued to sit there with no one coming back to me. The owner who always seems pleasant enough was working on two women and two other men where both working on individual clients while I sat there and waited for my services to continue. Meanwhile I heard a microwave going off in the back that led me to believe that the women who was servicing me went to lunch in the middle of my service. Two more clients walked in and the owner greeted them talked with them for about 5 minutes and got them seated and relaxed while I continued to wait for anyone to start my services. 40 minutes went by in total and I decided to dry off my feet and put my shoes on and leave. I offered to pay the owner for the initial scrubbing but she said no and she was sorry. I understand being busy having been in retail my whole life but each customer should be serviced individually as opposed to trying to juggle two to three at the same time. I am a good customer when the service is outstanding but I won’t be going back to US Nails Lawrenceville anytime soon as they appear to care more about those that frequent them often as oppose to nurturing new customers.

The manager was rude. She was very unfriendly catering only to certain customers. Her behavior was awful. The nail techs did a nice job. However I would not recommend this nail shop. It was clear that some of the staff dislike black women.
