Critical: ProfessionalismOverpriced! Not worth the money. Foot Massage was mediocre. When I went to leave the tip the lady criticized the amount I tipped her (which was a little over 20%). Her exact words were “15 dollars for an hour?” Than made a comment about it to the other worker in their language. Unprofessional and ungrateful! Will not be returning.

Positive: Professionalism, QualityI found this place a year before the pandemic hit. Like many I was nervous returning when things began to reopen. The staff has changed, but management has done well with the replacements and maintaining a clean and safe environment for the clients . For a while they only had one masseuse, but have added another. I have severe back issues as a result of an accident. I’ve been to other places where the spasms and tension in my back return in 2 or 3 days. Since December I’ve had my back taken care of by Sophia. I have not had a spasm since. I still get the tension every now and then , but that is after the 2 hour drive to visit my 15 month old grandson , play for 5 hours on my hands and knees and then do the 2 hour drive back home. The staff has changed, but management has done well with the replacements and maintaining a clean and safe environment for the clients . For a while they only had one masseuse, but have added another. I have severe back issues as a result of an accident. Was really hard to relax with both of them talking and then walking out of the room to deal with the customers walking in. Also, kept stopping because her cell phone was blowing up and wanted to reply to her voice notes. The volume on her cell phone was all the way up too. Was really hard to relax with both of them talking and then walking out of the room to deal with the customers walking in. Had to cancel because they only had one masseuse – (we were scheduled for the 2 of us for an hour massage). Why let us get undressed and ready if they knew they didn’t have staff? Had appointments as well. This is the 2nd time they’ve messed up staff and timing. Yet to get a massage there, not interested in even trying again. Terrible service. Went 2 times- both times were a debacle. Actually sat in the room ready and they said they couldn’t do the massage ?? Had to cancel because they only had one masseuse – (we were scheduled for the 2 of us for an hour massage). Why let us get undressed and ready if they knew they didn’t have staff?
