I got the truexpress extensions with Lora and she did an incredible job! I’ve only ever gone to one other lash business and had a bad experience, lashes were clumpy and just too dramatic for me. Lora made them look so much more natural and how I wanted them to look in the first place! Plus both ladies had great customer service and went above and beyond to fit me in for an appointment when I messed up the scheduling before my wedding.

The technicians are nice, I had a good experience overall. The intake process could be better. I don’t know what “11mm” means and if I had I would have asked for my lashes to be all that length… the length they are is waaaaaaay shorter than I used to and I paid $130 to look like I just put mascara on. And then there is just like really long lashes just at the ends and I wish that was extended further into the eye from the edge. Also it’s only been three days and at least 20% have fallen out even though I followed aftercare instructions to a T. I’m not mad. Just a little disappointed. More time talking about what you want your lashes to look like would be super helpful to make sure your clients are actually getting what they want. Especially clients who may not know “lash lingo”

The process was explained to me thoroughly and I was so comfortable for my service. Great prices for the results!

Okay let me preface this by saying I really like the staff and setting. The techs are professional and kind, especially Tori the manager. However, I cannot testify to the quality of the lashes. Let me preface this by saying that I’ve gotten lash extensions elsewhere for years. I even helped a friend get her certificate by serving as her lash “model” for a bit. I have longish natural lashes and skin that tends towards dry if anything. At other businesses I’ve been able to 3wks betw appointments with good retention. Not with Dekalash. Here’s what I’ve tried to keep mine on for 2 weeks: I did not get them wet for 24 hours because, obviously. I don’t use any oil-based cleansers and at one point just stopped washing my face with anything but water. I otherwise followed regular aftercare.When they started falling out in clumps after that, I stopped wearing any kind of concealer or eye makeup or lotion on my face. I purchased the care products made specifically for dekalash including a brush and lash cleanser and then even a sleep mask. No luck, and my lashes barely last a week and a half. They fall out in huge clumps and I’ve been getting chastised at my lash appointments for not even having the bare minimum of lashes for touch-ups. To me, it seems that the issue might be that the lashes are very plastic like and inflexible and when they fall out it doesn’t seem like they are attached to my natural lashes. Whatever the problem is apparently this brand is just not for me. Maybe she’s born with it, maybe it’s dekalash LOL. Your results may be better but I know for me this has been a really disappointing lash journey and unfortunately I think I’m going to have to resort to serums and or going to another establishment.

Even though the staff was friendly at this location and went above and beyond, I still cant help but be disappointed. My eyelashes are extremely curly and even though I came in various amount of times for service and trials, (they stated they felt confident in doing them)They were unsuccesful with servicing my lashes. They suggested i get a lash lift & then extensions but that is to much going on, on my eye area. I left the broad street location because they suggested I get a lift as well, only to be told again to get one. Understandbly my lashes are curlier BUT as a lash artist I feel you should be able to service ALL KINDS of lashes and not expect the customer to go through a chemical change to make it easier for the lash artist. The suggestion of a chemical change from both locations shows me that they arent training their lash artists on any other “lash model” other than those with straight lashes or non course textures. If you’re in the business of any kind of beauty you learn to services ALL KINDS & work through difficulties. Because there isnt only one kind out there. Left pretty dissapointed with this company.

Not sure why my original review was deleted. Three months ago I was receiving lash extensions and contracted blepharitis, a permanent eye condition from dirty equipment at this facility. The owner offered me no refund, simply offered to remove them for free, as if that was a favor to me. She sent me a copy of the waiver I signed and was flippant when I asked for help. I had a dermatologist and an optometrist both look at my eyes and they determined this was bacterial and contracted from dirty equipment. This cost me time at work and school, self esteem and depression issues. I almost lost my real lashes. Stay away from deka lash.

My lash tech did not wash her hands, did not wear gloves until halfway through, was sniffling and sneezing the whole time. When I went to check out her sleeve had snot wiped on it, like she was wiping her nose through the session. Super unsanitary Lash lift

Cassandra is amazing! My lash appointments feel more like spa treatments. I always get the under eye added treatment which leaves me nice and hydrated too! She has helped my very short and curly lashes look so much better. No need for mascara which was my goal. I highly recommend her! Eyelash extensions
