She’ll give you exactly what you’re looking for and in the best quality, matched with a great time. Everywhere else I’ve gone they don’t last long and they mess up my real lashes. Every time I go with Gladys she puts a serum on my lashes before she starts to help maintain them. She always tells me how to make them last by taking care of them the right way, which includes not using hot or warm water on them since that makes them clump up. I only get my lash extensions done with Gladys, she’s the best. Everywhere else I’ve gone they don’t last long and they mess up my real lashes. Every time I go with Gladys she puts a serum on my lashes before she starts to help maintain them. She always tells me how to make them last by taking care of them the right way, which includes not using hot or warm water on them since that makes them clump up. Critical: QualityHorrible experience. I wish I got the name of my lash tech but unfortunately did not. This place has decent reviews so I want to give the company the benefit of the doubt and assume she was new. I knew right away that she was an inexperienced tech when she started on my lashes without wiping them down first.Nothing personal. She was polite, and at first my lashes looked great. But very quickly I started to feel some discomfort like a pulling sensation on my lashes. It went away after about 2 or 3 days. But was starting to come back in my inner corners. I took a closer look at my lashes and I could see that the glue had clumped up and I had about 4 to 5 of my natural lashes glued to a single extension, which I know from experience is a big no, no.As I was lookin at my lashes, to my horror I could see multiple extensions still glued onto some of my natural lashes while simultaneously having some of the lashes that had been pulled out due to different growth cycles also still hanging on to the extension.I immediately went to another salon to have them removed before I lost anymore lashes. The lash glue was so hard to remove, the girl who did my removal let me know that it usually doesn’t take that long for removal and I experienced some irritation due to how long I had to have the removal solution on my eyes.Now i’m left with irritated eyes and A LOT of missing lashes.Service: Eyelash extensionsHorrible experience.
