This is my second time visiting Ocoas Hair Salon and on both visitis I had an amazing experience. First time I went for a wash, hair cut and blow dry this second time I ask to get some color and it came out amazing Im totally in love with my new look . Marylin and her team are the best. Marylin did my color, cut and style and she is amazing very attentive and dedicated. Another girl ( dont know her name) did my wash and my head feels so fresh . I have nothing to complain about and I will continue visiting Ocoas hair salon. If you visit them you wont regret it

Poor service. My first time there. No one at their front desk area. I only got a hello from one of the ladies doing someone else’s hair. While I was waiting for someone to attend to me I was looking over their prices posted on a wall. No one ever walked over to say “can I help you?” Or “how can we help you today?” I was just left standing there and ignored. I finally shouted out is there anyone in here that can answer my questions? The same lady who said hello said I can, what’s your question? She answered it quickly. Then continued to attend to the woman who’s hair she was working on. Again, I was just left standing there. Didn’t feel welcomed at all. Never coming here again. They lost a potential customer. Thumbs down for poor service.
