Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy nails were completely uneven, the woman who did my nails she was completely rude. Also extremely rough with her hands. I also paid $105 for a full set and pedicure, when I went to checkout I told her that she didn’t do a good job. Nothing was done. She fixed 2 nails and told me to come back later. I have work and I also have plans. She didn’t take off any money for the bad quality of service she did and when I called back and said I wanted to speak to whoever was in charge, she hung up the phone on me. My nails were completely uneven, the woman who did my nails she was completely rude. Also extremely rough with her hands. I also paid $105 for a full set and pedicure, when I went to checkout I told her that she didn’t do a good job. Nothing was done. She fixed 2 nails and told me to come back later. Critical: Professionalism, ValueI went there to get my nails done for my birthday. After 2 days, my pinky nail started to hurt, it was red, swollen and hot to the touch. I went in and told them what was going on and the guy told me I got them done too long and hit them. I assured him I had them done way longer before and that I didn’t hit my pinky. All he said was to take them off. Went to another salon and they said it could be infection or an allergic reaction. Either way im upset that I spent $100 just to get my nails removed 2 days later and before my birthday! I went there to get my nails done for my birthday. After 2 days, my pinky nail started to hurt, it was red, swollen and hot to the touch. I went in and told them what was going on and the guy told me I got them done too long and hit them. I assured him I had them done way longer before and that I didn’t hit my pinky. I had previously given then a great review for being able to take in last minute appts for myself, my mom and my daughter. So naturally I went for my fill in. She filed them so low I had 1 chip off my nail in a day. Next day 2 more chipped. When I asked to have them fixed I was told come back another time. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI brought my 6yr old daughter and after asking multiple times she said only toes… Sure enough once she saw my nails were done as well she changed her mind… The staff was completely helpful and understanding , I half expected them to get frustrated but they didn’t … They all were very nice and definitely made this Mommy Daughter Day special! I love coming here!! I brought my 6yr old daughter and after asking multiple times she said only toes… Sure enough once she saw my nails were done as well she changed her mind… The staff was completely helpful and understanding , I half expected them to get frustrated but they didn’t … They all were very nice and definitely made this Mommy Daughter Day special! I love coming here!! I only wish they had a child pedicure seat but other than that I will never go anywhere else again… My nails were perfect as were my daughter’s.
