I had a great experience here. The staff up front were courteous, friendly and attentive and professional. My stylist, Taylor, really knows her stuff. She’s a real spit fire and understood quickly what I wanted and really delivered with a great cut. My hair’s tricky, so I’ve been searching for someone who could cut my hair in this area for some time and am so pleased I finally did! Top Notch Salon. Sooo clean and relaxing!

I would never ever recommend this place. I had to come back twice because the first time, they didn’t have enough time to finish my hair which I clearly made clear to them I had long hair and I wanted cut, dye and highlights. So they made another apt which didn’t give the stylist enough time to do my hair in one trip so I had to come back a second time. The second time, the stylist (Taylor) said I want to get home to my son so I am not able to blow out my hair. When your hair is wet, you cannot see the color and see if you like it. I am very unhappy with the work and service. I WOULD NEVER EVER GO BACK.

I hadn’t been here in a while. They are very good with covid precautions. Everyone is wearing their mask, they take your temperature before you come in too. Ronny gave me a great haircut and we had a nice conversation. She used hand sanitizer in between me and checking on another client every single time. I gave her an idea of what I wanted and she just went for it, she seems like someone who loves their job. The other plus is that it’s actually not too expensive compared to other salons that aren’t even as nice.

Fantastic place! I have been going to the salon for a few years now and I have never been disappointed! The ladies up front greet you with the biggest smiles on their faces, and the service is exceptional! Julie does magic with my hair and Margaret is an absolute delight while she performs small miracles with my nails!

I went to the Upper Cut for the first time a few years ago and will never change. I’m on my 3rd stylist now since the other 2 left, and all of them are professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable (Maria, Kari, now Emily). All of the staff is friendly, from the front desk (Vienna is the best by far) back to the shampoo girls (Claire’s pretty cool). Also, I’m a guy so they do great men’s cuts. I’m on my 3rd stylist now since the other 2 left, and all of them are professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable (Maria, Kari, now Emily). My ONLY salon. The staff is wonderful and so welcoming. Karen always listens to exactly what I want and she’s such a delight to talk to while doing my hair. Since I started coming here I’ve only had great experiences and I’m always pleased with everything cut/style I ask for. I promise if you come here once you’ll never go to another salon.
