Have been searching for a massage therapist since the one I used moved inside the perimeter. Well, I finally found one. UP Massage is in the strip mall where Stony River is located (corner of 92 and Alph Hwy). The therapist’s name is Wendy. Very competent at deep tissue (will make you say “Uncle!”) but, overall, just really good at working out the knots. Prices are great and she has some very complimentary reviews on Google. Please tell her I sent you. You’re welcome in advance!

If you are looking for a ‘proper’ deep tissue massage – this Spa is fantastic! The masseuses here are all great (particularly Wendy and Helen) and really know their stuff. I recommend the back walk and Gua Sha!
