Brianna does a great job! Me and my 2 daughters (12 and 16) have been coming here for almost 2 years. The schedule is convenient and the value of the services for what we pay is great! I had a “chemical” cut from another salon when I came here and they were able to give me a great plan of action to restore and regrow healthy hair! My oldest daughter used black permanent dye in her hair and Brianna did a 10 hour color correction that turned out beautiful! My youngest has super curly fine long hair and she loves Brianna too!

EXCELLENT!!!! The shop is extremely well managed, staffed by true professionals. I went to see Crystal after the weighting through the pandemic. She listens, knew exactly what I needed and wanted. I have finally found THE most fabulous hairdresser in all the places I’ve used. ALL the stylists are excellent. You can’t go wrong with calling to make an appointment with anyone.

I found Untangled on the web and made the decision to try them based on the excellent reviews. I recently relocated to the area and was nervous about changing stylists, particularly in regards to coloring. I cannot tell you how great both the owner of the salon and Christine (my stylist) were in discussing what I wanted. They listened to my concerns and Christine nailed the color on my first visit I am very happy I found this salon ~ friendly, professional, and talented! I highly recommend!

This was my first time in a salon in over a decade thanks to a string of bad haircuts. Lori, and her shop pup Beastie, were wonderful. She listened to what I wanted and gave me the exact cut I was wanting. She took the time to explain how my hair grows and how to get it to behave… I never knew I had a weird side! She also listened to some concerns about recent hair loss and gave me some great suggestions for a remedy. Lori made me feel valued and I left feeling like a million bucks!

I work at CAMI and Lori came in for an appointment, she was nothing less than amazing!!!! My extensions had been causing me problems and she took them out right there in the office and got me a appointment, even took the extensions with her to fix!!!
