This place is infested with bed bugs. I went here today and walk out after seeing dead roaches on the floor and bed bugs crawling on the furniture.

Unprofessional made an appointment for 2 30 waited no one say anything I was just sitting if yall know yall not gonna be ready at 2 30 don’t have people come there and sit down for 1 and half-hour it’s not right I’m so upset if someone at least would sorry for the delay don’t expect people to just sit and wait for almost 2 hrs

I went here and it was dirty, but I seen worse. I called a few hours before, asked for big and small conrows into a bun. When I got there I was in a chair really quick. I showed the lady who did my hair a picture of the hair style. She said ok and said it would be 80. I didn’t have enough hair so I bought a pack from them for $5. Not bad it saved time. She did the 1st braid and asked me if was too big or too small. Not trying to be rude and complicated, I said it’s a little too big. The next thing I know the whole shop is jumped in the conversation, in thier language. I know they did because they mentioned the hair style I was getting in English. And because, she and another hair stylist say to me yeah it’s fine. At this point I’m just aggravated. Why even ask me if the size was ok if the whole damn salon gonna tell me it’s fine. So I went with it and when it was done I felt the big braids could of been a little smaller. But overall not too bad. I think she did her best. But I would come back for something a little more simple.

Critical: Quality, ValueIt was my first time getting knotless braids and my hair done at this place because they said they could do my hair the way I wanted. Before, I even sat in the chair I showed her a picture and ask her can she execute my hair just like it. The lady told me yes but did the opposite of that. The parts are NOT CLEAN and does not resemble the hair style at ALL. Also, I ask for my hair to be full, and it wasn’t. There was a new girl there that said shes been there for 6 months. Every time she would put in a braid she would have to take it out and do it over. I was happy that they had two people working on my hair because I’d get out faster but when I got home I noticed that the Two people were making different sized braids. They braid so edging tight!!!! three days later when my box braids finally loosened up they I itched so bad u was up all night. I wanted to take them out but I paid $120 for them plus $30 for the weave. I’m never going back there again. Ever.

I went to this place today to get my braids done, this is my second visit there and I wouldn’t recommend this place not even to my worst enemy. The service was awful as they talk a lot which makes the environment very noisy, they stop very often and on there phones plus they don’t like to be corrected on how you want your hair done amongst all of this the place is very dirty especially the bathroom area like they live around the back. With all of this said I was there for hrs doing a half head cornrow m single plaits and I couldn’t use the bathroom another time. After being there for 5 hours the young lady that was doing my hair left with my hair unfinished when I ask what happen and I needed to leave they all started to critique, laugh n discuss me in there own language. My first visit there I tip the lady $20 this time I didn’t as I don’t believe in tips when there’s know service.

I came to the Shop, and she claimed she could do the hairstyle I wanted, which was shown in a video. But, obviously she couldn’t do it. She was a young girl, and didn’t know what she was doing. Looking at her braids, she was edgeless, and her braids were pulled back tightly. So, obviously, I was scared to get mine done, at the time. The video I showed her looked nothing like the braids she did in my hair. She had the nerve to pull my hair tight, leaving a dent in my face trying to push it down, as if that would help. Then the ends of my hair were jacked up. She was suppose to braid it all the way down, but she didn’t. The ends looked like paint brushes. With the given price of $40, which they raised it to $45, that was just a waste of my moms money. I’ll never be coming back to this place again. (Edit) – After I took down my hair I was edgeless on both sides of my hair. 🙂 I don’t suggest anyone coming here, trust me on that.

I live near by so I decided to try them out….2 words: disappointed & dirty. They have roaches! I got cornrow Mohawk with box braids in the middle. The style was alright, but it didn’t look quite as good as the picture example i showed them. They charged me $110, in retrospect it was not worth it. If you live close by and want something simple like basic box braids or twist, then you should go there. But if you want something well styled or unique DONT! They’re not that well experienced & you will waste your money.
