Went in long time ago paid $180 for overprocessed hair .The owner was supposed to do my hair which she didnt. There was other another girl who did my hair which i believe didnt have no clue what she was doing since she constantly would ask the owner to look to see if she was doing the job right. They were to busy talking instead of checking up on my hair to see if it would resist. They never advised me that it would be until the hair resisted, which i thought was very unprofessional. The owner had a horrible attitude when i would msg her about my concern with my hair, she stated it was normal. She even let me leave the salon with wet hair. Days later my hair was falling off in chunks and was extemly dry, i almost went bald because of this poorly done unproffessional work. I never went back again !!!!!

Dont recommend im usually not the type of people who post their experiences and rates on goggle but this time i do believe its useful. I did highligts a couple of months ago in this place. SAw their work being advertised on facebook and thought they did their job really good. So i decided to get them here. I do believe that they do a good work, im just judging by the top part of my hair. Most of my bottom hair fell off, ok i understand maybe my hair wasnt strong enough but i do believe like ive seen others professionals they keep cheking until your hair resist no matter if it stays yellow. The lady that did them was taking forever to check on them and as well was very slow. To my understanding the color of the highligts will be based on how much ur hair resist not if the customer tells u i want them “gray” and u litteraly leave them gray no matter if they might stay bold. Its their job to be checking thats why they are getting payed for their service.
