Just got my hair done Friday, and I absolutely LOVE it! The salon is meticulously clean, the final product is to die for, and the service is second to none! May take some time to get an appointment, as she stays booked out, but 100% worth the wait! I can honestly say no one else will be cutting my hair or touching my dreads from now on!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityA couple of months ago I had tape in extensions in my hair. A friend of mine had told me she can take them out but after a couple of days I realised the removal process had failed. My hair started to lock up around the tape. Within a couple of months several dreads had formed where the hair locked up around the tape. A friend of mine recommended Unique Salon. I called in hopes that maybe somebody could help. My stylist expressed that she was by appointment only but was extremely generous and agreed to check it out for me. I have never been met with such amazing service. I could tell right off the bat my stylist loves her job and helping people. I’m sure she could see I was desperate and didn’t know where to turn for help. After about 10 mins or so of being sat in the chair she helped free me of a few of my dreads and educated me on the best removal techniques. I’m a stylist myself and I definitely appreciated the education. I’ll tell ya I learned the hard way of what not to do to my hair anymore but my stylist at Unique Salon absolutely went above and beyond today and I couldn’t express my gratitude towards her enough. Thank you so very much for your help. Have a Merry Christmas Unique Salon. A couple of months ago I had tape in extensions in my hair. A friend of mine had told me she can take them out but after a couple of days I realised the removal process had failed.
