I stopped here, it was my last try of the day and got a great cut from Anna who was a very friendly, professional, and engaging. She did a perfect job and it was what I wanted. Had highlights and a trim for the first time in a long time and am extremely happy with the results and the cost. Critical: ProfessionalismExperienced similar to Brian Riggs, I was told to wait since she was the only person working during Covid crisis, and of course, I did wait for her to finish her service to another customer.However, meanwhile another customer arrived after me and I was totally ignored, she was said” are you the ones who have had the appointment scheduled?”, two points to be noted:A professional person would first check with the person who has arrived first as a courtesy. I was waiting since for about 20 mins and could have at least be told that someone else had their appointment. Reckless. It completely felt it was intentional for her to ask “are you the ones who have had the appointment scheduled?”. I was here the Sunday around 11:40.I have been coming here since two years, sadly, I have decided to take my business somewhere else. I thought this could be a misunderstanding from my end, however, verifying with other Google reviews with similar experiences, it was pretty evident. Critical: ProfessionalismHonestly, I get I was in the wrong for being 15 minutes late. I will admit that for sure. However, I made this appointment with Kaitlyn a few days ago and was really looking forward to it. I’m just surprised she was helping someone else so fast when she said I was her last appointment of the day. I didn’t think the other females in there were friendly either. I was barely greeted when I walked through the door. But it is what it is. Just disappointed to be truthful. I also decided you can cancel the appointment you made me reschedule for Tuesday. Honestly, I get I was in the wrong for being 15 minutes late. I will admit that for sure. However, I made this appointment with Kaitlyn a few days ago and was really looking forward to it. I’m just surprised she was helping someone else so fast when she said I was her last appointment of the day. I didn’t think the other females in there were friendly either. Positive: ValueI came in for a Malibu treatment for my overstressed hair. Staff were friendly, and helpful. I did not have to wait for service. Very satisfied with my service, and I was not pressured to buy products I did not need.
