My 12yo son got a disastrous haircut at another place locally the night before a special event. We called around at 6:30pm to see if anyone was willing to fix it before close at 7pm, and Shelby graciously squeezed him in. She was so kind and considerate, and knowing that he was very upset about his hair, she took time to explain what she was doing and ask for his input. She was able to significantly improve the outcome such that he walked out with a smile on his face. She wouldn’t even accept payment for the “fix”. Shelby earned our gratitude and future patronage.
