I had my hair cut and colored by Nickie and she did an incredible job! She listened to what I wanted and the finished product was incredible and beautiful. I had very brassy yellow highlights/color and wanted a more ashy look, which she delivered. My hair feels so healthy and I am very happy with how it turned out. Thank you! I visited Ultimate Touch because the Sturbridge location was booked. While it was a longer drive for me, my day was awesome. I got the mom to be package and all of the services were excellent. I highly recommend this package to anyone expecting a baby! The facial was wonderful, the massage relaxing and now my nails are ready to go for delivery! Each service was provided by a different person and they all were great. Thank you Carly, Emily and Lucy!

Ultimate Touch saved the day! I went there with a bridal party, they were very accommodating and genuine. They booked 3 of us for gel manicures same day, which turned out well. BUT, the bride needed to book an emergency hair stylist for her wedding only 4 days later. Ultimate Touch/Rayna said “no problem!” and saved the day! She was prompt and gave us exactly what we asked for (bride and 2 bridesmaids). The bride was pleasantly surprised by her knowledge and care for 4c hair and loved her final look. I would highly recommend!
