I have been coming to this nail salon for about three years now and I appreciate the service. Sophia services my nails and she does a great job and gives a really good complimentary chair massage. The atmosphere is very peaceful and everyone is pleasant. Also, there are tons of colors to choose from.

Went to Nail Spa for a gel manicure. Kevin did my nails. He was great. He buffed and soaked my old gel off. He was gentile with the filing, which I appreciated. I showed him a pic of what i wanted and he took it from there. Chose the colors and paid attention to all the details. Very happy with my nails. Gel manicures

I needed a color change and a nail design, Kevin is a great nail artist and technician. He cleaned my nails up and paid close attention to my cuticles. I had gotten my nails done some place else which is a really good place aswell,but Kevin did a wonderful job at perfecting my nails and the the presentation of his work. I will be going back.

I’m here now and the service is never consistent. You have certain people that do a great job and others that don’t. If I knew how to upload a video I would show how this lady rushed through my feet and punctured 3 of my toes today. One toe bled. I typically come here as a last minute option but I’ve decided today that I won’t be back here ever again. Their too expensive to have guests disappointed in the quality of service. Pedicures are one of my favorite self care activities and today’s experience was too stressful for me to enjoy a minute. I hate it here

DO NOT GO TO FELIX!!!! I change up the person I go to every time and he was easily my worst experience there by far. Went for my acrylic fill like usual and he did not ask how short I wanted before chopping my entire nail off and then filing it down to my natural length anyways. Fill was chunky and polish job was bad. My top coat has bubbles on nearly every nail. Couldn’t even justify leaving a tip since he did not ask what I wanted once and did not perform services like other employees have. No massage offered (which I don’t mind) but just slapped the scrub in my hands and told me to rub it in myself and go wash them, didn’t wash his hands once in the whole process. Almost want to go and ask for my money back it was so disappointing.

I’ve been coming here since February (it’s now August) and recently they’ve been pretty careless. I always get gel and i’ve been back three times in a matter of two weeks for a nail repair because they aren’t drying it fully. Knowing this can be pretty inconvenient for a customer, they still refuse to offer any sort of compensation. I will not be returning back simply due to the customer service.
