My nails are not even. They Polished lint in my nail polish so I went back today to get a refill and to get them to fix it they told me they charge $45 for a refill. A full set for me is 45$ (short,gel). So I asked can They remove my nails and just do me a full set since I’m paying 45 again and they said it would be 55. Even though they messed up my nails the first time.

Be careful with this place!!! Pedis with my friend and her daughters got nails. They are absolutely horrible!!! Would not fix them and said “it only mess up a little”. Meanwhile I just paid $35 for a pedicure and have to leave here to go get polish to fix my toes myself! My 8 and 5 year old granddaughters have painted my nails better than this place!

I had a bad experience here . I came to get my nails done before I left to go out of town . The nail technician was a man I told him how I wanted my nails done and showed him a picture. He goes to say that what i asked for didn’t look right! It was rounded French tips . Just basic and simple . So before he starts I ask him to trim down my real nails . And I’m be wound he said they are ok as is ! I should have gotten up and left the establishment then . After he finished my nails they were so ugly . I had to go to another nail shop and have them soak off and redo ! Just pitiful I

They won’t speak to you when you come in there will be several workers but only one maybe two will work at a time so ur wait will be long. The man will take forever on your nails just to make them thin so u will be back but other then will only spend 10 mins on ur pedicure and will charge u what ever they feel that day regardless of u getting the same thing every time!

Horrible customer service. Removed gel poshlish from my toes and damaged my nails. I asked if she could soak the polish off and she pretend not to speak English and continued on damaging my nails. Polish is sloppy and uneven. Pedicure

Will not return. The lady that did my nails was FaceTiming on her phone the entire time, my nail quality was mediocre at best. Had my daughters nails done as well, when asked to move to the dryer, she accidentally chipped her polish on one nail. When we asked the man to fix it (very minor fix), he skoffed at her, and when he finished he said “don’t touch anything else”. I’ve been getting my nails done for many years and this was one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had. They definitely need a lesson in customer service.

I have been going to Ultimate Nails for years now and I can say that today I was truly disappointed. It wasn’t just the 2 hour wait, but to take people who have only been there for a few minutes in front of people who have been waiting hours was unacceptable. And once she gets to my nails, she starts watching tv while doing my nails and they came out horrible. If I am going to spend $70 in an establishment, then I should get what I am paying for.
