We recently moved to west Suffolk and needed to switch where we took our kids to get their hair trimmed. We used to go to the Great Clips in north Suffolk and loved it, but the drive was much too long. On one slow evening, we stopped at this location to have my son’s hair cut. They weren’t busy and there were only two ladies working, but they got him right in and a very sweet woman named Heidi cut his hair. He absolutely loved her, said she did his hair just the way he wanted and better than anyone has cut it. She’s who he requests from now on, and this is our new spot that we trust and love to have their hair cared for.

I have been getting my hair cut here for about 7 years. Margaret is my stylist. She does an amazing job. I have short hair and I have never had a complaint about my cut and I am very picky. The place is very clean as well as the restroom. I always get a very welcome greeting when I call or come in. I live 40 minutes away and will not go anywhere else.

Their pre check in app is a game changer. I put in my information in the app estimated when I could be their by, hit the check in button and went about my day. When I got there I sat in a chair waited for about 3 minutes while others sat and waited way longer than they needed to. To sum it up use the app it will be your new friend!
