Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMe and my mom have been going to Twinkle since they opened here in Mebane, so about 2 ish years. I could never ever go to someone else after meeting them. Lena does my moms nails and David does mine, but the whole staff is amazing. David freestyles my nails most of the time, but when he doesn’t he’s spot on with my inspo pictures. If you’re ever debating where to go, Twinkle is it! Me and my mom have been going to Twinkle since they opened here in Mebane, so about 2 ish years. I could never ever go to someone else after meeting them. Lena does my moms nails and David does mine, but the whole staff is amazing. David freestyles my nails most of the time, but when he doesn’t he’s spot on with my inspo pictures. Drove 45 minutes from Raleigh and this nail salon did not disappoint. David is incredible and the prices are good. Will be back!

My bridal party and me went to twinkle nails for my wedding nails, majority of our party was a few minutes late. As soon as we walked though the door everyone was so rude and one of the lady asked me multiple times what I was getting and I responded I’m the bride as I have already had the conversation with someone through text. I will say my nails look great and but I will never book any other service here because of the disrespect I received.

This was my first time going here and I definitely will return, the attention to detail when using an inspiration picture and preciseness when shaping your nails is what I really liked, my nails looked just like the picture I showed her, the tech also made sure to check with me to make sure I liked the design and color I picked out, I think my nail techs name was Lena if I remember correctly, she was very sweet and welcoming.

Not really sure why the service I received tonight was so different and so not worth the money than the experience I’ve had the last three times I’ve been there. Tonight I had an appointment with Ethan. He didn’t even clean around my cuticles tonight as I’ve had by everyone else nor did he even lotion and massage my hands afterwards and I was charged $40 for powder, (S&S). When he was done he got up and went to the back without even telling me that he was done. I just left Twinkle Nails. This was my first visit bc my regular nail lady is on maternity leave and I needed to go where someone could do as great as she does so I went to Twinkle as referred by a friend. I had Steven and y’all….HE WAS GREAT! Not just his work but his overall customer service and his passion to NAIL IT just as the inspo pic was. He took his time and did not rush me off and that is the same way my regular lady is. I will DEF be back. Thank you Twinkle Nails and Steven.

I’ve never had my nails last more than a week without 1 popping off. I’ve had my Halloween themed nails for almost a month and they are still going strong. The technicians take their time, pay attention to detail and have so many colors,jewels,glitter and more. Won’t go anywhere else from now on.
