Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI will preface this by saying I have had a few facials before but this was hands down the most amazing facial and experience I have ever had. Twilla was so sweet and very determined to do what was best for my skin. The other girls Stacy and Rochelle were also so incredibly nice. The vibes were immaculate, when one of your biggest insecurities is your skin it’s so nice to be welcomed into a comfortable environment where people joke and talk with you and make sure you are having the best experience and that is exactly how I felt at Twilla’s. I will preface this by saying I have had a few facials before but this was hands down the most amazing facial and experience I have ever had. Twilla was so sweet and very determined to do what was best for my skin. The other girls Stacy and Rochelle were also so incredibly nice.
