Went to see Kate the P.A. and her nurse Katelyn for scalp issues. They were both SO kind, listened to my story, and suggested several things I could do for my scalp. The dryness was so itchy and flaky, and not just regular dandruff, much more to it. Also had an area that got a biopsy done, so we will see what she thinks after I complete the 2 weeks to get results & what she thinks of the at home treatments we are doing. So far I’m loving how it feels. These two women are not only smart and caring, but kind & beautiful too. Would definitely recommend them to anyone for any dermatological reason. *****

I called a month ago for an itchy, persistent rash that has in the past been easily treatable with a simple injection, but am still waiting to see a dermatologist. This is miserable and when Heartland called me to postpone my appointment for yet another ten days the receptionist was extremely rude, disrespectful, uncaring and unconcerned when I ‘tried to express that misery. If you’re thinking about coming here for your dermatology needs I advise you to look elsewhere.
