It is under new management. I absolutely love this place. I brought my hubby for his first pedicure here and he wants to come every 2 weeks now. I had an ingrown toe nail and she got it out without it hurting too much. I love it

Shame on me for not waiting until my regular salon opened back up on Monday. My toes were so bad and I was being impatient. Now, they look worse then before I arrived! There was an older man that spoke zero English. He gave me my pedicure that took him about 25 min total! The gel polish is globby, uneven and all over my skin! My daughter was w me and hers is just as bad!!! Ughhhh. I paid $100 and you should’ve seen the man give me the Death stare when I didn’t tip! I would’ve demanded my money back but I assumed he would just continue to act like he didn’t speak English! DO NOT let this man perform any services for you!!!!

I stopped in this salon 12/20/22 based on the last review posted. Fantastic salon! Clean! The lady was super nice and did a wonderful job on my nails. I highly recommend giving this nail salon a try. So many other services offered as well!!

An older man was there alone on a Monday at 3:30. No one else in the place. He was rough and had zero skills in nail industry ( I question if he had a license) He was rude. I ask him three time to cut my nails back. He ignored me twice then responded nastily Why you want cut back My nails are hideous .Please avoid this senseless encounter.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI used to love this place but had a bad experience a couple years ago and haven’t been back. Today I decided to give them another chance. Honestly the woman in there is so nice but the man…not at all!!! He was rude to me as soon as he found out he had to work. He was very rough when doing my pedicure. He got mad when I asked him to fixed the lines on my French mani. He said he would but just acted like he was. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Worst place in greenfield. He will be the ultimate downfall of that business. I will not be giving them another chance. I used to love this place but had a bad experience a couple years ago and haven’t been back. Today I decided to give them another chance. Honestly the woman in there is so nice but the man…not at all!!! He was rude to me as soon as he found out he had to work. He was very rough when doing my pedicure. I was very annoyed when leaving here..I didn’t like the older man- I believe he’s the owners husband. He gave me dirty looks and glared at me the whole time. I didn’t mind that he didn’t speak to me at all, not event that he didn’t say hello. He did ask what I wanted but was very rough in his work. He even snatched my hand and pushed it away- again roughly. The owner is very kind and sweet and made my mom and I feel welcomed in her business. I tried to be very kind to him and say “please” or “thank you” when I asked him to fix or change something and he looked at me like anything i asked for or pointed out was too much of an issue for him to look at. His wife did ask to make sure I got what I wanted but either way my nails turned out too thick, not in the correct shape (coffin), and my middle nail is crooked. I only left a tip because the woman was so kind to my mother. I will not come back though because he was not pleasing to be around and the work didn’t turn out good. If you’re gonna have an attitude with me you better make sure your work is A1 because I can always go somewhere else– you however just lost out on business. Your problem.

Do not go here. I went in on Sunday after a few of my nails came loose. My typical nail place was closed on Sunday otherwise I would’ve gone somewhere else. Because I lost several nails. I wanted to get them fixed I waited while an older man did acrylic nails on a teenager. The teenager and her mom left and it was my turn. When he was taking the nails off, he was extremely rough. I said “ow” several times and he just looked at me like I was a wimp. At this point, the teenager came in with her mom. They wanted their money back. Her nails looked awful. The paint job was sloppy, the nails were crooked and there were huge gaps. She is was crying because her nails hurt so much. They were threatening to call the police. I decided to leave. I realized once I got home why my nails hurt so much. When he was tearing off the acrylic nails, he tore some of my own nails from the nail beds. I will now need to wait several months before I can do my nails again due to the damage done to my nails. Don’t waste your money. They probably have people there who work who are very good, but this man was not. He was insensitive and poor nail skills.

Very disappointed. I went in for a pedicure yesterday, hoping Helen would be there. Unfortunately, she wasn’t. I went ahead and let the guy give me the pedicure. BIG MISTAKE!! He cut my toenails down to the quick & knicked the skin under my toe. The gel polish is uneven and on the skin around my toes and now the polish is peeling off. After only one day! Don’t waste your money. Helen is a sweetheart & I enjoy talking with her as she does my nails but, she’s never there anymore when I go in. I tried to call today, hoping to speak with her and was told she isn’t in. I won’t be going back.
