Love going here to have my hair done on a regular basis by Heather. She does my grandchildren and daughter in law too! All of the staff are polite and professional. They always make me feel welcome. They provide top notch services including eyelashes, waxing, spray tan, and nails.

I didn’t want to write a review, but Bethany completely ruined my hair and I can’t get over how awful it is. I gave her simple instructions to barely trim it and keep it long in the front. Apparently that went in one ear and out the other. She completely chopped off all of my hair, leaving me to look ridiculous for my upcoming wedding. Thankfully, Heather realized it was so horrible and nothing like the picture I showed her and did her best to make it right. Don’t ever let Bethany touch your hair unless you want to look absolutely ridiculous. I would post pictures of how awful it looks relative to the picture I showed Bethany, but I am too embarrassed to do so. DO NOT LET BETHANY TOUCH YOUR HAIR. Heather, you are great and I wish the appointment would have been with you.

Tru salon is the first salon I actually look forward to visiting. I get my hair, eyebrows, and nails done regularly. When needed, I get my makeup done or get a facial at Tru. Everyone who has worked on me has been skilled. My hair used to only look good in low humidity. Heather put me on a plan that keeps my hair smooth, even during high humidity. The Tru staff has been SO accommodating with my crazy schedule. Plus, they’re just really cool, kind people.

I was truly disappointed with the treatment of my hair. I asked for a partial highlight and because she used too many foils she charged me for a full highlight. My haircut is not what I asked for and I had to instruct her how to cut it. My bangs are so long I tuck them behind my ears. I am very angry I had to pay $200 for a partial highlight and a short haircut (my hair was short to begin with).

This business does not even deserve 1 star. I had an appointment with Heather and reconfirmed via text twice. They called me the day of the appointment to say they cannot take me for the services that I needed (tint and haircut) because they booked it incorrectly. I had a function so tried to get any other time, but they were not accommodating or apologetic. When I called again, the owner blamed the girl that made the appointment. She was very rude and hung up the phone. Will never go there.
